DPM rolls out the red carpet for employee recognition with “a touch of the Oscars”
The most anticipated event of our social calendar is the annual Employee Recognition Stellar Awards. 2024’s Stellar Awards event was a roaring success with both Melbourne & Sydney offices coming together in their finest tuxedos to celebrate the end of financial year and the outstanding talent within our business.
The day had everything, starting with a surprise flash mob led by our CEO and twenty-two DPM superstars (who had been sworn to secrecy and practicing for weeks!).
The flash mob had everyone cheering with their unique moves and set the tone for a fantastic afternoon.
Over a delicious two course meal DPM Directors and Executive Leadership Team spoke of the significance of our Awards, the quality of the nominations and finalists for each category, before announcing the 2024 Stellar Award recipients.
With more peer-to-peer nominations received than any previous year, the judging panel had their work cut out for them in determining the final 13 winners across the 6 categories, aligned with the organisation’s core values.
